The WES Project Newsletter

The fifth issue of the WES Project newsletter is now available.

This issue begins with an editorial by Professor Michael Scoullos, Team Leader of the WES Project, on the difficulty of setting priorities in addressing environmental and sustainable development issues, but also in promoting policies and action plan, within the Partner Countries of the Project.

This issue focuses on awareness and education for sustainable development; the modernization of irrigation in Egypt; the fight against marine litter and water cost recovery strategies in Morocco; and also on green investment opportunities in the waste sector in Jordan.
