The call for expressions of interest to join the Mediterranean Commission on Sustainable Development (MCSD) is open to regional and sub-regional youth and women’s organizations.
UNEP/MAP invites eligible organizations to take part in this important opportunity, actively contributing to building a more sustainable future for the Mediterranean region.
The MCSD, as an advisory body to the Contracting Parties of the Barcelona Convention and its Protocols, plays a key role in guiding and promoting the Mediterranean Strategy for Sustainable Development 2026–2035.
Through this unique regional platform, the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is supported at both local and regional levels, fostering concrete actions and strategic initiatives.
